Make a Difference.The Healthcare Technical Systems Analyst will be directly supporting our mission to inspire a better healthcare system by directly supporting our mission to inspire a better healthcare system by owning the implementation of the claim adjudication software across clients.

The Healthcare Technical Systems Analyst will drive the design, development, and documentation of system process workflow and various implementation activities.

In normal times, this job can expect to travel an estimated 50% of the time.

Responsibilities of the Healthcare Technical Systems Analyst:Conduct interviews to discuss and analyze new requirements with customers and users Analyze, translate, and review business and user needs with stakeholdersParticipate in an agile development teams and ensure other members have the right amount of information at the right time (Lean Agile-Progressive Elaboration)Work across multiple projects and with multiple customers concurrentlyRequired Qualifications of the HealthEdge Technical Systems Analyst:Four or more years of experience as a Technical Systems Analyst or equivalent roleOne or more years of experience with one or more healthcare claims payment systems (Facets, HealthRules, Diamond etc.)Strong understanding of technical systems and the Software Development LifecycleAbility to analyze data and identify trends to see where improvements can be made to algorithms and processes Education:Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent experienceJoin our team today where we are creating a better coordinated, increasingly collaborative, and more efficient healthcare system!
