Make a Difference.Title: Splunk/Tidal Systems Administrator Overview of Position: The Splunk/Tidal Systems Administrator will provide Change Management oversight, change request and defect triage level 2 support, system and process monitoring, balance and controls monitoring as well as batch processing oversight.

What will be my duties and responsibilities in this job?

Administering IT Ops tools responsible for monitoring the operational infrastructure supporting system and process monitoring, change management, problem and incident resolution, availability and capacity management.Design and manage Splunk and equivalent hardware infrastructure and oversee production support both on premise and in an AWS cloud environment.Provide architecture-level design to support and operate Splunk using security information and event management (SIEM) or security event management (SEM) best practices and Splunk enterprise security.Manage customer expectations, onboard data into Splunk, support projects in multi-site or clustered Splunk installations, and assist with the development of advanced reports/dashboards to meet the requirements of key stakeholders.Maintaining the monitoring tools, setting up alerts, onboarding new monitoring, designing solutions, and assist with the automation, deployment, integration, and testing of enterprise systems and services.Creating and implementing IT operations improvements to meet established objectives across multiple facilities.Developing and maintaining communications with management and staff to ensure that service is delivered on time and within budget or contractual obligations.What are the requirements needed for this position?4 years’ experience in a database, network, system or equivalent administration roleBachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science preferred, or equivalent experienceExperience with SplunkAbility to understand EDI and custom files and interpret operational needs from filesExperience with data reconciliation What other skills/experience would be helpful to have?

Experience with applications like Tidal Enterprise Scheduler, Tibco, Edifecs or other EDI productsExperience with AGILE as it relates to SDLC change managementExperience with Microsoft Azure DevOps or TFSExperience with the HealthEdge Health Rules Payor application, Cognizant Facets or similar productAbility to formulate and define systems scope and objectives through research and due diligence What are the working conditions and physical requirements of this job?

General office demands.How much should I expect to travel?

Less than 5% travel is expected.
